Alt-F Business Solutions has been started in April 2022, led by highly experienced Direct and In-direct tax professionals who were Group ‘A’ officers retired from State and Central Govt. service after putting in more than 30 years of service in the field of GST, Income Tax, Customs, Central Excise, Service Tax & Foreign Trade Policy related issues. The main objective is to advice our clients rightly, about the Legal position and further course of action to be taken. Representing clients in the area of GST/VAT, Income Tax, Company Law, FEMA / FERA, PMLA right from Adjudicating Authority level to Top Judicial forums. Our Main Focus is to draft reply to the Show Cause Notices (SCN) Representing before the Adjudicating Authority, filing Appeal before the Departmental Authorites i.e First Appellate Authority, Tribunals upto Supreme Courts.

Our Main aim to guide our clients properly, explaining them the correct position of law, defend them well before various Authorities and Forum, Draft replies to the Notices received and filing Appeal and contesting to take it the logical conclusion.
